Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the product operation of Volcano Engine cloud foundation/database/server/storage/CPU and other products, and participate in the resource planning and operation of Volcano Engine's large-scale infrastructure, and be responsible for the operating results of the product 2. Participate in product revenue and cost management, provide direction and data support for product optimization, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the product 3. Participate in product budget formulation and implementation follow-up, combine the product's existing network operations and customer needs, output public cloud resource sales plans, and manage product online water levels 4. Participate in the construction of product operation platforms, build business specifications and standardized business processes, and improve product operation efficiency 5. Participate in data center resource operations, do a good job in demand and capacity management, and ensure the delivery of business needs at the same time, be responsible for formulating data center operation optimization strategies, and continuously operating to improve the overall utilization of the data center.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, electronic information and other related majors candidates who have passed PMP and other project management certifications are preferred 2. More than 3 years of cloud computing product operation experience, public cloud/hybrid cloud/hyper-convergence background is preferred 3. Experience in operating technical products and can independently write technical documents, and candidates with experience in operating developer communities are preferred 4. Understand virtualization technologies such as KVM and OpenStack, containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, database public cloud and private cloud product functions and characteristics, and the operating mechanism and architecture system of one or more databases in Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL. Proficiency in various mainstream distributed database products and architectures is preferred 5. Have good communication and teamwork awareness, be able to actively integrate cross-organizational resources, and have strong execution ability.
