Job description
We are representing a well‑established enterprise organisation seeking an Oracle Fusion / EBS Functional Specialist to support and enhance its core business systems. This role involves both BAU support and project‑based implementation work, working closely with business users and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle E‑Business Suite across Finance, Procurement, and SCM modules
- Perform day‑to‑day BAU support including issue analysis, troubleshooting, configuration changes, and system enhancements
- Gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into system configurations, interfaces, and reports
- Support and manage UAT, regression testing, and quarterly Oracle release updates
- Liaise with Oracle Support to manage service requests and ensure system stability
- Participate in implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement projects
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Strong functional experience in at least one core Oracle module area:
- Finance, Projects, Procurement, Inventory, Maintenance, Field Service, or SCM
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle EBS
- Proven experience in ERP implementation projects and/or BAU functional support
- Solid experience in:
- Requirement gathering and functional configuration
- Issue triaging and Oracle SR handling
- Testing cycles and release management
- Good knowledge of Oracle SQL
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and BI Publisher is an advantage
- Oracle certifications (Fusion or EBS modules) are highly preferred
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation Professional or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure/Integration certification is a plus
