Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Responsible for material preparation, loading, and packaging for mixing equipment; perform daily routine inspections to ensure normal operation.
Abnormality Reporting: Identify production line equipment anomalies and follow standard operating procedures (SOP) for emergency response and reporting to supervisors.
Production Execution: Complete product manufacturing, inspection, packaging, and shipping processes according to production work orders.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to plant safety regulations and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by the task.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members to meet production and procedural standards and achieve production targets.
Workplace Maintenance: Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the work environment (5S).
Task Execution: Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Heavy Equipment Operation: Responsible for operating overhead cranes and forklifts; candidates with relevant licenses are preferred.
Working Hours: 08:00 17:00; must be willing to work overtime (OT) as needed.
