Job Description

Position Summary

The Supervisor will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the three eMPF Centres. The role ensures smooth centre operations, proper documentation, timely reporting, and effective coordination between project teams and centre management. The incumbent is expected to be detailoriented, proactive, and capable of handling responsibilities independently in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Management
  • Provide full administrative support to the 3 eMPF Centres, including settlement of rental, utilities, and related office expenses.
  • Coordinate facility management activities and handle procurement of office equipment, supplies, and accessories.
  • Maintain and update equipment inventory, stock records, internal training records, staff attendance, and overtime records.

Centre Operations & Support

  • Support facilities setup, daily operations, and service delivery for all eMPF Centres.
  • Coordinate operational activities and meetings with internal parties such as the Administration Office, Contact Centre, and Outreach Team.
  • Work closely with Centre Managers on the preparation, consolidation, and submission of internal and external service centre reports.
Project Coordination
  • Liaise between eMPF Platform project teams and Centre Managers to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks and operational initiatives.
  • Provide coordination support for workflow enhancement, system readiness, and crossteam communication.

System Testing & Trial Run

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and EndtoEnd (E2E) operational trial-runs for the eMPF Centres.
  • Document test results, identify issues, and support follow-up actions to ensure system and process readiness.

Audit & Compliance

  • Assist in reviewing and updating audit programs.
  • Prepare and complete audit documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and MPFA regulatory requirements.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform any other tasks or projects assigned based on business needs.
  • Provide flexible support across different service centres and outside regular office hours when required.

Requirements

  • University degree holder in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in office administration experience in MPF-related operations or service support is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales or operational reporting tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of MPFA regulatory requirements and MPF administration processes.
  • Strong command of written English, particularly in report writing.
  • Mature, detailoriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible to work at different centres and outside standard office hours when required.
