Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and cross-functional APAC Operations Specialist to play a key role in supporting the development and growth of our business. This is a high-visibility position with direct exposure to both internal and external stakeholders, requiring close collaboration across multiple functions.
The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations while providing administrative and operational support across the APAC region. Acting as the primary local operational point of contact, the APAC Operations Specialist ensures efficient execution of daily activities and supports the scalability and stability of regional operations.
This position requires a hands-on, autonomous approach, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. The APAC Operations Specialist works closely with local vendors, regional customers and partners, and collaborates regularly with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Tech teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, maintaining efficiency, organization, and business continuity.
- Manage local administrative activities and provide hands-on operational support to internal teams.
- Oversee contracts, invoicing, and administrative workflows for APAC customers and partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate internal approval processes, monitor deadlines, renewals, and maintain complete and up-to-date documentation.
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with local and regional vendors.
- Coordinate operational transactions, logistics, and procurement activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Finance teams, including order management, invoicing support, and sales documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve and streamline operational workflows between Sales, Finance, Marketing and Tech.
- Support regional APAC operations, working across multiple countries and time zones beyond the local market.
- Ensure alignment between local operations and global processes and policies, supporting regional initiatives and operational projects.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Operations roles, preferably within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or IoT environments.
- Hands-on experience in office and business operations, managing administrative workflows such as contracts, invoicing, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, managing multiple priorities with a practical, solution-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and native Mandarin, with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

Location:
Mandatory location: Taipei, with availability to work on-site and support regional APAC operations across multiple time zones.
