Responsibilities
1. Assist ByteDance advertising customers (huge Qianchuan/local promotion, etc.) to locate and solve various advertising effect problems encountered during the advertising process (including but not limited to: over-cost, running volume, orientation, lead validity, chargeback, etc.) 2. Control the entire link of problem positioning and resolution, and propose optimization suggestions to improve solution efficiency 3. Cooperate with the business team to communicate internally and externally to ensure customers experience in using marketing products 4. Coordinate internal cross-department resources to seek customized product solutions based on the nature of the industry 5. Summarize and analyze customer problems, identify the root causes of the problems and promote joint optimization and iteration of product R&D/sales to reduce the incidence rate.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years of Internet marketing operation/troubleshooting experience 2. Possess strong data and business analysis capabilities, good at discovering common problems through data analysis and promoting relevant parties to jointly develop solutions 3. Clear logical thinking, and strong cross-team collaboration capabilities 4. Strong self-motivation, strong learning ability and pressure resistance 5. Have high enthusiasm for experiential operations, recognize the value of experiential operations and be willing to invest in it for a long time 6. Priority will be given to those who are familiar with information flow advertising, and those with technical support experience will be given priority.
