Operations Excellence Project Manager (Logistics PMO Focus)

Purpose of the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Excellence Project Manager to lead and optimize logistics and distribution projects, including large-scale initiatives such as mega-warehouse plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics operations, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills to drive operational improvements and ensure seamless execution of key projects.

What Youll Do : Lead end-to-end project management for logistics and distribution initiatives, including warehouse optimization, process automation and transportation efficiency. Conduct data analysis to identify inefficiencies, track KPIs, and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement. Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to stakeholders, including senior management and regional teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in English with international partners. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

What will make you successful:

Must-Have:

Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

7+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing with a focus on project management.

Proven track record in managing PMO ,large-scale logistics projects is preferred .

Excellent presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint, data visualization).

Fluent in English (written and spoken) to liaise with global teams; additional languages are a plus.

Advantage to Have:

Health, Safety and Environment management related experience is preferred

Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools) to interpret data and drive decisions.
