Responsibilities:
Manage the performance of service contractors and licensees through regular audits and workflow reviews in accordance with prescribed standards
Assist in contract management, including general administration, preparation of monthly reports and agreements, payroll verification, and performance and budget monitoring
Coordinate facility and service enhancement projects through effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Conduct market research, benchmarking analysis, and customer surveys to support operational and strategic planning
Assist in handling complaint cases and passenger injury incidents, from investigation through mitigation and feedback to passengers
Assist in the compilation of relevant statistical reports, work plans, and business presentations
Perform real‑time airport operations support duties on an as‑needed basis
Requirements:
Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed, preferably in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Facilities Management, or other related disciplines associate degree or higher diploma with minimum 2 years relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4 years work experience will also be considered
Associate degree / higher diploma, or secondary education level with only 2 years work experience will be considered as Operation Officer Trainee
Proven experience in airport operations or sizeable organizations is an added advantage
Responsible, proactive, innovative, detailed-minded, service-oriented
Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Able to work under pressure with strong multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered applications for photo and video editing is considered an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
