Responsibilities:
Instantly respond to customer enquiries and comments received in contact centre via phone calls and onsite kiosks
Support enquiries received by digital channels such as LiveChat, app and social media
Liaise with subject departments in preparation of lines-to-take and replies
Update dedicated information handbook and database
Categorize and prepare statistical analysis
Support other customer service projects as needed
Shift duties required (including overnight, weekends and public holidays)
Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 1 year working experience preferably in airline or hospitality industry or customer service field
Associate degree or higher diploma holder with at least 3 years or relevant working experience
Fresh gradutes will also be considered
Knowledge of contact centre and social media will be an advantage
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant, presentable with strong customer service orientation
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
