Position Summary
- Overall responsibility for the management of the internal operations team which includes CEF, Ware-house, Logistics and Customer Service departments.
- To work closely with our sales force to organize the internal team to service the market efficiently.
- Setup of the internal team's organization chart, defining each department/individual's roles/responsibilities to match commercial requirements.
- Setting up of business process infrastructures to support future commercial growth.
- Lead and support the CEF expansion project by working closely with the Project Consultant.
Main Tasks
Management of Daily Internal Operations.
- To ensure that the internal departments of Customer Service (CS), Cut Edge Fit (CEF), Warehouse (w/h) and Logistics (log) are well managed and organized.
- Ensure that the market/customers are serviced efficiently in a well-organized internal process flow.
- Improve Order-To-Delivery (OTD) status; benchmarked by ZEISS global standard and competition.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through better overall service levels.
Support business development and customer satisfaction enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with commercial team to provide best-in-class service to the customers.
- Drive sales growth and business developmemt through identified operational enhancement projects.
- Develop operaton system & platform to support new business categories.
- CEF service expansion development. Work closely with the project consultant to rollout the CEF expansion plan.
Organization infrastructure / process flow developments.
- Organization & team development with clear job descriptions of each individual/department.
- Define clear standardized process flow to manage each tasks & market request.
- Develop a clear KPI system for the internal team, which is aligned with commercial goals.
- Standardize business administration process which include quotation systems, pricelist and documentation of commercial pricing proposals.
Report and management system development and refinement.
- Ensure key operational data are available on-time for strategic assessments. For example: OTD, Order Processing volumes & speed, CEF speed/ratio, Returns/Reject rate.
- Key Account/Strategic customers volumes as indication of business directions. Key products volume performance.
- ERP System development. Working closely with IT and FIN departments to improve the system's compatibility with our business processes.
- System enhancement to ensure sales administration can be processed efficiently.
- Sales Data management: Lead the project for automated sales information to improve account management. Product Master Data management.
- Support sales management with key reports.
Logistic roadmap development.
- Design and plan for a future cost-effective logistic roadmap that can support our customer's needs.
- Security, Expansion plans, Costs, Coverage, Speed-OTD are different aspects to be considered.

Experience
- 5-10 years related industry experience

- Good knowledge of English & Chinese for regional communication.
