Job Description

About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Operation Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and material planning operations at our Pingzhen Manufacturing Plant for Notebook product line. This position oversees multiple functional teams to ensure efficient material flow, accurate order management, and on-time delivery performance across the entire production site. The Pingzhen plant operates under a make-to-order (MTO) model, primarily serving customized projects.

Production activities are heavily concentrated in the second half of the year, demanding close coordination among material planning, order management, and production scheduling. Given the high-mix, low-volume production nature and frequent line changeovers, this role requires a hands-on leader who can navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Operation Logistics Center (LGC) comprises four core functions Order Management (OM), Material Management (MME), Packaging Control (PC) and Warhouse Management(WH) working together to ensure smooth, end-to-end factory operations from order release to shipment.

About the Role

This position leads a cross-functional logistics organization to align material readiness, production plans, and customer order fulfillment.

The manager will act as the key bridge between factory operations and corporate supply chain functions, ensuring production agility and delivery reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall production logistics and material planning operations.
  • Manage and develop multiple functional teams (OM, MME, PC).
  • Optimize material flow and inventory control to support production flexibility.
  • Ensure accurate order management and timely customer fulfillment.
  • Drive process improvement and cross-department collaboration to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in logistics or production control management within manufacturing operations.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in electronics or notebook manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with material planning, MRP/ERP systems, or high-mix, low-volume production models.

Equal Opportunity Statement

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that values every individual's background, experience, and contribution.
