Job Responsibility
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize improvement opportunities across production, quality, and maintenance processes.
- To facilitate site-wide Point Kaizen activities, including promotion, submission tracking, and the review and awarding programs.
- To organize site-wide continuous improvement initiatives, such as the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) forum.
- To implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate non-value-added activities.
- To stay updated on corporate operational excellence content and best practices, incorporate relevant innovations into the organization's processes.
- Support the implementation of Lean tools such as 5S, VSM, and Standard Work.
- Collaborate with management to align continuous improvement initiatives with strategic business goals.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Engineering-related.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or process with continuous improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Green Belt, Black Belt, or any Lean and Six Sigma Equivalent Certification is preferred.
- Good English communication capability to effectively present and join global meetings.
