Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and development of the company's automated operation and maintenance platform for ultra-large-scale infrastructure components, and create an industry-leading operation and maintenance infrastructure platform 2. Promote the implementation of cloud-native storage components within the company, build a cloud-native operation and maintenance ecosystem, and create an industry-leading storage cloud-native PaaS platform 3. Construction of a full-process tool system covering basic components from R&D activities to online operation and maintenance, supporting high-speed iteration and stability construction of the business 4. Guide the evolution of SRE basic operation and maintenance work in the direction of automation, platformization, and intelligence, and improve the overall operation and maintenance management efficiency of each component system of the infrastructure.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, and two or more years of work experience in related fields 2. Familiar with Linux environment development, with solid programming skills, proficient in at least one program development language in Go/Python/C++/Java, proficient in at least one common Web framework (such as Gin/Django/Spring, etc.) and its design principles 3. Have an in-depth understanding of the Linux operating system, be proficient in TCP/IP, HTTP and other protocols, and have solid knowledge of network and computer architecture 4. Be familiar with message middleware and various common storages, such as Redis/MySQL/OSS/Kafka/RocketMQ, etc. 5. Have strong problem analysis and solution capabilities, able to solve complex system problems have good product and service awareness, and be willing to regard product results as the most important driving factor for work 6. Have strong learning ability and logical thinking ability, pay attention to cutting-edge technology, and be able to continue learning. Have strong team communication and collaboration skills and strong ownership. Priority will be given to those who meet one of the following conditions: 1. Priority will be given to those who have experience in developing operation and maintenance management platforms/tools for large-scale systems 2. Priority will be given to those who have experience in building massive distributed systems 3. Priority will be given to those who are familiar with cloud-native related ecosystems such as K8S.
