Key Responsibilities.
**Technical Knowledge requirement.**
- Desktop or system troubleshooting.
- Onsite internal IT related support.
-Salary Range 40k-50k

- Support Internal user to address daily IT operation issues and troubleshoot.
- Provide level 1 Level 2 support to Internal users.
- Provide remote assistance for Network or System team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams if necessary
- Building team KB (Knowledge base) over time from the past issue resolution experiences.
- Foster a positive and engaging team culture, promoting teamwork, open communication,
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
- -Proficient in Mandarin, as well as problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Basic Communication in English is highly appreciated.
You will bring :
- 1 year of related working experience.
- Basic English communication and writing.
- Basic Knowledge of Network connectivity
- Experience is supporting local desktop or system user.
