Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Support local execution of integrated marketing campaigns under guidance from the team. Gather and summarise customer and market insights to inform marketing activities. Coordinate with medical, legal, and external vendors to ensure compliant materials. Help manage digital and in-person event logistics, including registration and post-event follow up. Track basic campaign metrics and prepare concise reports for the team. Assist with creative and content development for educational and awareness materials. Why You Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, life sciences, communications, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and good working knowledge of English. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and common digital tools for presentations and reporting. Able to work in-office in Taiwan this role is primarily on-site in our Taiwan office. Organized, reliable, and able to manage time across several tasks. Open to learning and receiving feedback in a fast-paced team. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Previous internship or project work in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a marketing agency. Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and social media content. Experience supporting events, webinars, or congress activities. Familiarity with patient and HCP (healthcare professional) engagement approaches. Ability to use simple data visualisation or tracking tools.
