Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the MAS scheduling system.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize scheduling processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and meet production goals.
- Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Business-related field with 7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Proven experience in operations or scheduling management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Diligent with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a Business-related field with 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience with scheduling software and systems.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
