Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the MAS scheduling system.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize scheduling processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and meet production goals.
  • Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Business-related field with 7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in operations or scheduling management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Diligent with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a Business-related field with 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Experience with scheduling software and systems.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
