Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and expansion of the Treasures segment within the Consumer Banking Group
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to enhance the Treasures product and service offerings
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop innovative solutions and enhance the Treasures value proposition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of Treasures services
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to support the Treasures business strategy and decision-making
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of business development initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business development or client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated track record of successful business development and relationship management
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
