Job Summary

This incumbent is responsible for delivering HR operational, recruitment and business partner support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate HR data management, compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and smooth execution of HR processes.

The Job

  • Support employee onboarding, probation management, internal transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR registers, and data in HR systems (e.g. iHR).
  • Coordinate work visa applications (Hong Kong, Macau, Bermuda) and manage related documentation and approvals.
  • Prepare HR letters, employment verification, and support compliance and regulatory reporting.
  • Support licensing administration (e.g. IA license, IIQE, SOA exams) and employee movement records.
  • Provide day-to-day HRIS support and participate in system testing and enhancements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage background checking process for all levels of hiring.
  • Support recruitment events, internship programs, career fairs, and TA-related projects.
  • Assist with HR projects, employee recognition platforms, and HR intranet content updates.
  • Liaise with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes.

The Person

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, recruitment support or HR administration.
  • Handson experience with HR systems prior exposure to Workday is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong employment practices visa or licensing experience is an advantage.
  • Strong data analytics, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
