Officer, Digital %26 Experience Innovation

Grade: Band 3

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of projects including the Smart Fault Report System, Workforce Management System, and other AI-driven initiatives involving Small Language Models (SLMs) and Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Assist in the planning and implementation of new business projects, ensuring action items are followed through with internal and external stakeholders

• Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system implementations and enhancements

• Liaise with the IT department, user departments, and external contractors to facilitate smooth project development

• Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies relevant to current and future projects

• Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making and project updates

• Assist in contract and agreement administration, budget preparation, and procurement procedures

• Provide general administrative support for daily operations

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Systems / Business Systems, Aviation Management, Applied Arts, or related disciplines, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience exposure to airline or airport operations or project management in the aviation industry is preferred

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Able to work under pressure with strong multitasking abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office application

• Experience in graphic design is an advantage

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
