Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of projects including the Smart Fault Report System, Workforce Management System, and other AI-driven initiatives involving Small Language Models (SLMs) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Assist in the planning and implementation of new business projects, ensuring action items are followed through with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system implementations and enhancements
Liaise with the IT department, user departments, and external contractors to facilitate smooth project development
Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies relevant to current and future projects
Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making and project updates
Assist in contract and agreement administration, budget preparation, and procurement procedures
Provide general administrative support for daily operations
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Systems / Business Systems, Aviation Management, Applied Arts, or related disciplines, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience exposure to airline or airport operations or project management in the aviation industry is preferred
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Able to work under pressure with strong multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
Experience in graphic design is an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
