The applicant must possess
- a recognised degree
- a minimum of 3 years post-qualification work experience in institutional administration, preferably in vocational training bodies, educational institutions, public bodies or sizable organisations
- strong leadership and problem solving skills
- a high level of integrity, self-initiated, work independently, and a good sense of responsibility with a can-do mindset
- an excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders
- a pro-active, resourceful and energetic character, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese Word Processing
- demonstrated commitment to the effective adoption and application of AI‑enabled and other advanced administrative technologies to drive continuous improvement in administrative processes will be considered as an advantage and
- a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Duties include
- to oversee the daily operations of the Sheung Shui Campus and lead the administrative team to ensure smooth, effective, and orderly functioning of campus operations
- to support and facilitate the adoption of computerised systems, including coordinating system implementation, conducting user acceptance testing, and liaising with relevant stakeholders as required
- To prepare and coordinate meeting papers, reports, and presentation materials for management and committees
- to coordinate and provide administrative support for promotion events, seminars, conferences, and other related institutional activities
- to assist in the preparation, monitoring, and administration of the annual budget
- to supervise and monitor the performance of outsourced service staff, including security guards and cleaners, to ensure service quality and compliance
- to manage and monitor campus facilities operations, including oversee venue allocation and usage, supervising and monitoring facilities maintenance works, coordinating and managing service providers, and ensuring a safe, orderly, and well‑maintained campus environment in accordance with established standards
- to manage and monitor procurement‑related operations, including overseeing the sourcing and evaluation of quotations, reviewing and approving procurement documentation, and ensuring all procurement activities comply with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- to oversee the proper management, protection, and storage of personal data and official documents in accordance with established policies and statutory requirements and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
