The applicant must possess
- a bachelor's degree in any discipline
- at least 1 year of relevant post qualification administration experience, preferably in sizable organisations or public organisations
- a high level of integrity and a good sense of responsibility
- a proactive attitude, customer-oriented mindset and strong team spirit
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese Word Processing and
- a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- a genuine enthusiasm for adopting the latest advanced administrative technologies, which will be considered an advantage.

Duties include
- to perform general clerical duties and provide administrative support for the operation of the Hong Kong Construction Industry Trade Testing Centre (HKCITTC), including candidate registration, application processing, enquiry handling, general clerical duties, e.g. data entry and filing, logistic arrangement
- to compose and consolidate statistic reports
- to assist in management report and / or proposal preparation
- to assist the adoption of digitalisation and carry out user acceptance test in system implementation
- to perform management support and general secretariat duties
- to co-ordinate the logistic arrangement for the centre visits and seminars and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
