The Job
Provide administrative support during training classes, events, and ad hoc projects.
Prepare data analysis and reports.
Offer multimedia support including video-editing.
Develop e-learning courses.
The Person
University graduates in any discipline with minimum 1-year relevant experience.
Proficiency in training organization, event coordination, media operations, PPT design, text writing, and video production.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized with the ability to work independently.
Effective in planning, prioritizing, and organizing work.
Fluency in spoken and written English & Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
Initiative, responsibility, and attention to detail.
