Office Attendant in the Faculty of Dentistry (Ref.: 534603)

We are looking for an Office Attendant to join the Faculty of Dentistry to handle general office administrative work.

The Role

The appointee will handle general office administrative tasks and assist with office operations. Duties include replenishing pantry supplies, assisting with the arrangement of maintenance work for office facilities and equipment, keeping office areas tidy and clean, acting as a backup for the receptionist, preparing tea, delivering documents outdoors, assisting with examinations, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Qualities

  • Form 3 or equivalent, with at least 1 year's solid work experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate in Cantonese and write simple Chinese and English
  • Ability to work independently and
  • Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage.

What We Offer

The appointment will be made on fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
