Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager, Market Development, and the Market Development Department
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the Market Development Department
Assist in coordinating and arranging logistics for airport visits by guests
Handle enquiries and information requests in a prompt and professional manner
Perform ad-hoc duties and other assignments as required
Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience in secretarial and administrative support
Higher diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
Qualification in secretarial studies or relevant professional experience is preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Selfdisciplined, with a positive and proactive work attitude
Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)and Chinese word processing
Excellent command in both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
