Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager, Market Development, and the Market Development Department

  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the Market Development Department

  • Assist in coordinating and arranging logistics for airport visits by guests

  • Handle enquiries and information requests in a prompt and professional manner

  • Perform ad-hoc duties and other assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience in secretarial and administrative support

  • Higher diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Qualification in secretarial studies or relevant professional experience is preferred

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Selfdisciplined, with a positive and proactive work attitude

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)and Chinese word processing

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
