Business Process Architect O2C Electronics Processes
The work location is flexible and can be Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Kaohsiung. We offer a hybrid work model.
Your Role
As Business Process Architect O2C for Electronics Processes, you are accountable for the assessment and understanding of business processes and requirements, defining solution options, and driving their implementation. In liaison with key users, subject matter experts, and IT solution architects, you will analyze new requirements raised by business in order to define the course of action.
You will perform a high-level IT process, data, and system scoping (FIT/GAP) to define potential solution options and will ensure they are documented properly. In addition, you are accountable for test preparation and execution, ensuring that process and functional requirements are covered and tested by the business. You verify that global training materials for implemented processes are available and key users are trained. Finally, you are accountable for functional process cohesion and responsible for monitoring the implemented processes to guarantee business compliance and performance.
You will also bring expertise in
SAP BRF+ (Business Rule Framework) to manage business logic configuration and rule-based process automation within the Order to Cash stream. This includes
supporting specialized global customer services, such as handling
customer-specific labels and ECOAs, and addressing requirements from electronics industry clients. In addition, you will be responsible for
SAP master data, delivery data, and quality data oversight, including
troubleshooting errors in customer-facing documents to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment.
Who You Are
- Advanced knowledge of Sales processes in SAP SD (SAP ERP 6.0 and S/4HANA)
- 5+ years business domain experience in customer service operations and processes with strong exposure to IT topics
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or better, Master's degree in computer science or engineering preferred (or equivalent)
- Project experience, change request management, and testing coordination
- Strong experience with SAP BRF+ and rule-based configuration
- Familiarity with electronics industry customer services such as labels and ECOAs
- Good working knowledge of SAP master data, delivery data, and quality data
- English mandatory (written and spoken)
