Job Summary
- NPI own the transferring new products to operation. This person will be working cross functionally to bring up testers, perform initial data analysis
- Work with NPI team in Taiwan office to make sure test lab is running efficiently
- Help reliability team with digesting the data, and leading the FA on the failed parts.
- Work with PE/TE team to define test flow, communicate the flow to OSAT, and answer their questions
- Help with test bring up including assisting test program buy-off, overall test flow set up, and initial validation run
Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally to define test flow, and transfer the knowledge to OSAT
- Maintain required HW, SW in the Taiwan office for sampling as well as Qual execution.
- Assisting in test set up de-bugging and equipment maintenance
- Reliability and sampling test data review, analysis and relative disposition.
- Driving overall test flow including BE set up with OSAT
Qualifications & Requirements (Education Must Be Included)
- Master's Degree or above in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with ATE (especially ETS-88) and handler
- Experience with final test and related flow
- Knowledge of semiconductor packaging and assembly
- Experience with data analysis and process capability
- Knowledgeable of coding with Python and Matlab
- Knowledge about MEMS and fabrication process in a huge plus
