Responsibilities
1. The NLP technical team responsible for content understanding and content security algorithm direction, providing NLP technical support for teams with different business and algorithm directions 2. Building basic technical capabilities in text and multi-modal fields, including but not limited to: (1) Provide LLM base model pretrain for diverse business lines and problem domains, reducing large team costs and improving the effect of downstream model applications (2) Build general technical capabilities, such as data engineering, RAG, basic engineering architecture, etc. (3) Provide basic technical capabilities for innovative businesses 3. Invest in long-term exploration and research in the direction of NLP algorithms to achieve follow-up and innovation in NLP technology.
Qualifications
1. Have a deep technical understanding of NLP technology, and long-term follow-up of academic research and industry applications of related technologies, including but not limited to: (1) Large-scale machine learning industry experience in recommendation, search, advertising, etc. (2) Machine learning/CV/audio/NLP and other industry experience (3) Conference papers in machine learning/CV/audio/artificial intelligence related fields 2. More than 5 years of working experience, in-depth understanding of NLP-related businesses, priority will be given to those with algorithm team experience in similar businesses 3. Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, passionate about solving challenging problems, and the ability to combine machine learning algorithms with business to solve real-world problems 4. Have the management capabilities of an algorithm team, able to keep up with current technology trends, design the technical architecture of the entire team, and plan medium- and long-term development routes.
