Responsibilities
Responsible for the R&D and application of NLP technology in Douyin dialogue robot scenarios. Research includes basic technical support and implementation of traditional NLP technology and LLM technology in the field of chat robots. The main work directions include: 1. Responsible for the construction of general NLP basic capabilities in the direction of customer service and role-based dialogue robot algorithms, including but not limited to data construction, model training inference framework iteration, maintenance of model evaluation index system, and construction of general NLP models 2. Support the research and implementation of new technologies in the direction of LLM and MLLM, and support instruction fine-tuning and reinforcement learning related algorithm requirements 3. Build a new generation of intelligent customer service robots based on LLM/MLLM technology, and explore the application of digital human technology in Douyin.
Qualifications
1. Have a solid foundation in machine learning, have an in-depth understanding of traditional NLP technology and GPT technology, have solid mathematical skills, and have strong self-learning ability 2. Have solid coding skills and be proficient in using relevant machine learning frameworks and engineering frameworks 3. Experience in the field of multi-modal large models, and experience in short video and graphic algorithms will be preferred 4. Applicants who have published papers in high-level computer science conferences and journals such as NIPS, ICML, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, IJCAI, AAAI, KDD, SIGIR, WWW, ACL, PAMI, IJCV, etc. or have competition experience will be given priority.
