- Molex is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to join our RFTW production team. In this role, as a successful candidate, you will be leading the night shift production operation, managing line leaders and operators, and driving for efficiency improvement. You will co-work with the production team, PE team and PMC team to drive for operation excellence in S (safety), Q (Quality), P (Productivity), DM (Daily Management).

What You Will Do
- Establish and improve standard man-hour/ machine-hour review and feedback system
- Review standard man/machine hour periodically, identify gaps and propose improvement actions
- Production data recording and analysis
- Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost
- Production efficiency and capability analysis and improvement
- Review SOP and identify issues
- Line balancing data monitoring
- Production output and cost monitoring
- Collaboration with process engineers for abnormal case analysis and improvement actions
- Production management system digitalization and MOS (Molex Operation System) introduction
- Production/ PMC matrix study
- Production management and operator management
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor/ Master of IE, BA, Science or related fields- Required: 5+ years of experience as a production supervisor, IE engineer, or production engineers
- Good problem-solving and people skills
What Will Put You Ahead
- 3+ years of people managing experience
- IE skills, quality tools trained
