1. Serve as the communication window between IT and system users, summarize requirements and discuss system feasibility with IT

2. Write system requirement documents, plan and execute system testing operations

3. Cooperate with channels to connect systems such as mobile insurance, remote insurance and note reply

4. Maintain and optimize related systems and forms in line with laws, products, and user experience

5. Maintain the form content and sending rules of the note sending system

6. Regularly perform annual self-assessments to ensure that the system and processes comply with laws and internal control standards

7. Other matters assigned by supervisors

[Application Requirements]

1. Tool 2 More than 2 years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry

2. Have actually participated in or been responsible for mobile insurance systems and core system related businesses

3. Have good stress resistance, empathy, clear logical thinking and expression skills, be willing to work in a team, and proactively communicate and coordinate.
