Our client is seeking an experiencedNetwork Leadto lead the post-sales implementation team in Hong Kong. This role combinestechnical leadership,project governance, andcustomer engagementto ensure the successful delivery of complex network and security solutions. You will lead a team of engineers, oversee end-to-end project execution, and serve as a technical advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering skill development.
Coordinate with external vendors for team training and certifications aligned with technology focus
Conduct performance reviews and optimize resource allocation across project timelines.

Technical Implementation & Governance

Hands-on leadership in implementing and configuring enterprise-scale network and security solutions, including:
1. Network Technologies:Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, Dynamic Routing (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP), VXLAN, QoS, WAN optimization.
2. Security Products: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SASE, NAC, EDR, PAM, SIEM, DNS Security.
Review and approve technical plans, ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements.
Troubleshoot complex issues and serve as the highest level of technical escalation for the team.

Project Management

Monitor project technical progress, health, and compliance with SLAs.
Develop and tailor processes to meet specific project needs, ensuring efficient delivery.
Oversee documentation for project requirements, scope of work, and deliverables.
Manage technical resource assignment and workload prioritization.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with thepre-sales security teamto support tender bidding, providing professional service sizing and technical input.
Liaise with customers as a trusted technical advisor, presenting project updates and recommendations.
Ensure timely submission of all technical documents and reports.

Role requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5+ yearsof experience in network implementation.
Expert-level hands-on experiencewith:
1. Cisco technologies (ACI, SD-WAN, DNA Center, Nexus/Catalyst switches).
2. Dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and advanced features (VXLAN, QoS, HA).
3. Security products (Firewalls, NAC, EDR, PAM, SIEM, SASE).
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multi-phase projects under pressure.
Industry certifications such asCCIE, CCNP, PCNSE, or equivalent.
Experience in amanaged services (MSSP) or system integrator environment.
Knowledge of network automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
ITIL certification and familiarity with IT service management processes.
