The Channel Sales is responsible for developing and facilitating relationship between the company and its customers (ex. distributors and retailers) to meet and exceed pre-set sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
1.Meeting and exceeding pre-set sales quotas
2.Responsible for new business development via aggressively drive biz partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support
3.Maintain channel map
4.Conduct market price survey and competitor information feedback. Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
5.Negotiate business terms & conditions with responsible customers
6.Control customer credit
7.Provide Sales FCST
8.Deliver daily business contact & build up business relationship with customers via masterfully communicate with customers on products offered
9.Control expense & manpower budget
10.Work with Marketing to drive product promotion programs / events
11.Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows per requests
Qualifications:
1.Minimum of 2 year experience selling in a competitive environment. With experience in NB industry is a plus
2.Demonstrate the awareness of industry knowledge
3.Able to succeed in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
4.Strong ownership on responsible goals / targets
5.Willing to continually learn new things especially IT related technologies
6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7.Excellent teamwork skills
8.Must be able to travel upon request
