Job Description
- Translate regional priorities into structured, trackable programs with defined outcomes, timelines, and measurement standards.
- Lead business rhythm activities, ensuring timely escalation of risks, robust scenario evaluation, and decisionready analysis.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards that monitor operational indicators and progress across key initiatives.
- Facilitate crosscountry and crossteam coordination to ensure alignment and consistent execution practices.
- Continuously improve PMO methodologies, templates, and capabilitybuilding efforts to uplift execution quality across the region.
The Successful Applicant
- Solid background in PMO leadership, strategic program delivery, or regional program management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders in matrix environments.
- High proficiency in data interpretation, business analytics, and performance reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to implement structure, governance, and continuous improvement in complex environments.
- Comfortable navigating multimarket dynamics with strong communication and relationshipbuilding capability.
