Location: Taichung (Fengmiao Project) & Changhua (Hai Long Offshore Wind Project) Construction Sites
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commissioning plans and procedures for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project standards.
- Coordinate with design teams, construction teams, QA/QC, clients, and subcontractors to ensure commissioning activities align with project objectives.
- Supervise the installation, testing, performance verification, and system integration of MEP systems.
- Ensure all systems (HV/MV/LV electrical, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing & drainage, power monitoring, etc.) operate effectively and comply with regulations, client requirements, and design standards.
- Manage and resolve technical issues during the commissioning process, including corrective and improvement actions.
- Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, including test reports and equipment records.
- Support system handover, provide training, and facilitate smooth transition to client operation teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP system commissioning or related engineering management, preferably on large-scale EPC projects (e.g., data centers, power plants, offshore wind farms).
- Strong knowledge of MEP system design, installation, and testing standards.
- Possession of relevant certifications is preferred (e.g., Electrical Technician License, Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP)).
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with clients and prepare technical documentation (international professionals are also welcome !).
