Purpose of the Role:
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as the fieldbased medical expert responsible for delivering scientific and medical support to both external and internal stakeholders. This role ensures that healthcare professionals receive accurate and relevant scientific information within assigned therapeutic areas, while proactively building strong, sciencedriven relationships aligned with the Brand and Medical Plan. As a trusted representative, MSL engages key stakeholders with credibility, scientific expertise, and strategic insight.

What You'll Do:
- Act as scientific expert in the key therapeutic categories for external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain scientific trustbased relationships with KOLs.
- Share onlabel data with HCPs, discussing all aspects of the data in a scientific, objective and balanced way.
- Build understanding and value to clinical practice of ZP products aligned with scientific objectives.
- Build relationships with key external stakeholders (e.g. government bodies, patient advocacy groups, key medical organizations) by providing scientific support.
- Provide responses to unsolicited inquiry for medical information.
- Identify HCPs with scientific expertise in treatment practice to collaborate on forwardthinking medical projects identified in strategic brand planning.
- Identify unmet needs and capture medical insights or feedback in support of strategy development.
- Develop and execute the field medical plan, provide scientific support at Zuelligsponsored educational events, deliver targeted training and development, guide Brand team decisionmaking with medical insights, contribute scientific expertise to Business Development projects, and review and approve promotional materials for incountry use.
- Maintain strong scientific knowledge in assigned therapeutic areas, including clinical trial methodologies and data interpretation, and stay current on the treatment landscape and new developments by attending relevant scientific congresses.
What will make you successful:
Must-Have:
- Master's degree in Medical/Life Science/Pharmacy
- 1-2 years MSL or Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong command of English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, including Product Managers (PMs) and Sales/Medical Representatives
Advantage to Have:
- PhD degree in Medical/Life Science/Pharmacy
- Taiwan pharmacist qualification highly preferred.
- Candidates currently working in medical information or as clinical trial administrators/assistants may be considered for a junior MSL position.
