Key responsibilities

Drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential medical and corporate partners, exploring collaboration opportunities, and expanding the clinic's referral network.
Build and nurture long term relationships with existing partners through regular visits and proactive communication.
Represent the clinic at external events, promoting services and gathering valuable market insights.
Manage a dedicated portfolio of patient leads-including complex cases-serving as their trusted point of contact throughout the patient journey.
Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy, effectively communicating the clinic's unique expertise and value to support informed decision making.
Deliver personalized, high touch support to patients, guiding them through financial or insurance considerations to reduce hesitation and enhance their overall care experience.

Role requirements

Bachelor's degree or above
3-8 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or patient relationship management, preferably within the healthcare, medical, or health insurance sectors
Established network and strong connections with healthcare service providers and medical professionals (GPs/SPs) would be an advantage
Proactive, fast learner with empathy, patientcentric mindset, and strong problemsolving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with proven capability to engage healthcare professionals, key stakeholders, and diverse audiences
Proficient in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
