Key responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential medical and corporate partners, exploring collaboration opportunities, and expanding the clinic's referral network.
  • Build and nurture long term relationships with existing partners through regular visits and proactive communication.
  • Represent the clinic at external events, promoting services and gathering valuable market insights.
  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of patient leads-including complex cases-serving as their trusted point of contact throughout the patient journey.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy, effectively communicating the clinic's unique expertise and value to support informed decision making.
  • Deliver personalized, high touch support to patients, guiding them through financial or insurance considerations to reduce hesitation and enhance their overall care experience.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3-8 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or patient relationship management, preferably within the healthcare, medical, or health insurance sectors
  • Established network and strong connections with healthcare service providers and medical professionals (GPs/SPs) would be an advantage
  • Proactive, fast learner with empathy, patientcentric mindset, and strong problemsolving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with proven capability to engage healthcare professionals, key stakeholders, and diverse audiences
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
