Medical Laboratory Technician II [Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory (Histopathology)]
The appointee will be responsible for technical duties in a molecular diagnostic laboratory (histopathology) at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin.
Applicants should have/be (i) a Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognised university or technical institute (ii) registered as a Medical Laboratory Technologist under Part II or above of the Register of the Medical Laboratory Technologists Board in Hong Kong and (iii) a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Medical Laboratory Technologists Board. Having work experience in histopathology laboratories or molecular laboratories will be an advantage.
Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is a public research university in Shatin, Hong Kong, formally established in 1963 by a charter granted by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. It is the territory's second-oldest university and was founded as a federation of three existing colleges – Chung Chi College, New Asia College and United College – the oldest of which was founded in 1949.
