Job Responsibilities
1. Study, understand and implement national, provincial and municipal health laws and regulations, various medical insurance policies, and do a good job in hospital policy interpretation and training
2. Use statistical methods to analyze data related to DRG payment in the hospital to optimize medical insurance payment and hospital resource allocation strategies
3. Responsible Implement precise fee control for each case based on DRG
4. Supervise the accuracy of medical insurance settlement list data under DRG
5. Communicate and coordinate effectively with the Medical Insurance Bureau and relevant departments within the hospital
6. Assist department heads to manage daily affairs and complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications
Education level: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
1. Applicants with more than 2 years of medical insurance-related experience in secondary hospitals, and experience in informatization are preferred
2. Responsible, strong communication skills, and high organizational and coordination skills
3. Proficient in common office software such as EXCEL, PPT, WORD, and flexible use of statistics-related software (such as SPASS, etc.) is preferred.
