JOB SUMMARY
Lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies (brand and eCommerce) across the brand funnel (awareness, reach, consideration and conversion) as well as eCommerce channels marketplaces, Bricks & Clicks, and .COM channels. This role will collaborate closely with brand, e-commerce, and media teams to drive growth, promote health enrichment messaging, and optimize media investments across all digital (primary) and offline touchpoints.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop media strategy for Health Enrichment and Beverage Brands across the Brand Funnel to drive full funnel strategies
- Develop media strategies for Marketplace, Bricks & Clicks, and .COM channels aligned with brand vision and health enrichment goals.
- Collaborate with brand and e-commerce teams to ensure integrated, cross-functional alignment.
- Apply digital best practices in terms of Optimized Media Mix, 1Party Data strategies, Media Efficiency & Effectiveness across Product Group Areas (PGAs).
- Define and execute precision targeting strategies to engage relevant audiences.
Media Planning & Partner Management
- Lead effective and timely media planning and execution.
- Establish Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with platforms like Meta, TikTok, etc., in collaboration with regional and BU media leads.
- Ensure seamless media operations and integration across all digital partners.
Performance Optimization
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize based on performance KPIs.
- Achieve defined ROAS and ROI targets across all online platforms.
- Serve as the media Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for audits and post-audit action plans.
Agency & Budget Management
- Manage media agencies to ensure accountability in channel planning, online reach optimization, and media buying.
- Allocate and manage media budgets across channels to maximize ROI.
- Negotiate and purchase advertising placements strategically.
.COM Strategy
- Build and implement cohesive media strategies to drive .COM traffic and conversion.
Consumer Journey
- Design seamless user journeys that enhance satisfaction and conversion.
- Integrate health and wellness messaging into all campaign communications in alignment with brand purpose.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or master's in Business Administration or any related field
- Proven experience in media planning and buying, preferably in FMCG
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media channels.
- Experience with performance marketing and ecommerce environments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior in health enrichment space.
- Great command of English
