Responsible for designing and developing mechanical fixtures used in product reliability testing and laboratory testing to ensure accurate and efficient test processes, supporting product quality improvement and validation.

What You Will Do
- Design and develop mechanical fixtures for reliability testing and laboratory testing.
- Collaborate closely with PDE, AQP, and Test teams to ensure fixtures meet testing requirements and specifications.
- Analyze test requirements and propose fixture design solutions that ensure structural stability and ease of operation.
- Create fixture design drawings, 3D models, and related technical documentation; follow up on fixture manufacturing and validation processes.
- Continuously optimize fixture designs to improve test efficiency and reliability.
- Assist in standardizing test procedures to ensure accuracy and repeatability of test data.
- Support fixture maintenance and troubleshooting during test operations.
Qualifications
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with solid mechanical design fundamentals.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD).
- Experience in mechanical fixture design, especially for reliability and lab test fixtures, is preferred.
- Familiarity with material properties and manufacturing processes (CNC machining, 3D printing, manual fabrication, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in electronics products or related industries testing is a plus.
EDUCATION:
- Required: Bachelor&aposs Degree or Master&aposs Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Preferred: Specialization in DVP validation methodologies and systems.
WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE:
- Required: At least 3 years of experience in validation processes, with specific expertise in EV, DV, and PV stages.
- Preferred: Experience in conducting comprehensive mechanical, electrical, EMI, environmental, and signal integrity testing.
SKILLS:
- Understanding of product reliability testing processes and standards
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with test equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple validation projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in decision-making.
OTHER:
- Familiarity with modern validation tools and software.
- English conversational skills.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling is advantageous.
