Description
- Experienced in video products, like camera/IP cam/Drone cam and optical systems. Capable to lead product design and development by reviewing risk & feasibility study considering tooling, molding process, and assembly.
- Applies aerospace engineering principles specifically to unmanned aircraft, including aerodynamics, structural design, flight mechanics, and performance optimization.
- Knowledgeable in plastic injection molding, painting, printing & related cosmetic treatment for plastic parts, and capable to define and optimize process per design request
- Knowledgeable in metal processing, stamping, die-casting, extrusion , CNC and cosmetic process as ED & anodizing, and capable to define and optimize process per design request
- Well know product development flow and cycle and skillful capability of 2D/3D CAD building
- Knowledgeable in SPC & 6-sigma quality system and specifications of ME related fields, and capable to implement design-for-quality methodology in define and qualify components, module and device.
Key job responsibilities
- Master degree in Mechanical engineering and related
- 10 plus years design experience in aerospace engineering principles specifically to unmanned aircraft, including aerodynamics, structural design, flight mechanics, and performance optimization.
- Familiar tooling structure, manufacturing process in plastic & metal parts
- Familiarity with Creo

- 6+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume
