Description & Requirements
Within the Digital team, the marketplace function is responsible for creating and executing strategies that deliver a world-class experience for guests on our Asia Pacific partner's site across multiple languages and multiple currencies.
Marketplace Operations Ownership:
- Own the daily operational execution across marketplace platforms, ensuring smooth store functionality and stable performance.
- Manage new product drop uploads end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong merchandising presentation.
- Oversee and manage the tech agency (e.g., Rithum) to ensure seamless platform operations across all marketplaces.
- Serve as the central point of contact for technical inquiries, inventory updates, and operational troubleshooting.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence:
- Maintain strong coordination with Guest Experience Center (GEC) to ensure accurate handling of guest inquiries related to pricing, products, and order status.
- Perform regular QA checks across platforms to ensure best-in-class product presentation and seamless guest journeys.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational gaps that may impact guest satisfaction.
Process Optimization & Documentation:
- Establish, document, and continuously improve operational processes to ensure efficient ways of working with Tech, Logistics, GEC, and agency partners.
- Drive process clarity and cross-functional alignment to enable scalable and sustainable marketplace growth.
- Support the implementation of operational frameworks for new marketplace launches.
Inventory & Performance Managemnent:
- Partner with allocation and planning teams to review inventory levels and ensure accurate stock representation across platforms.
- Monitor operational KPIs and marketplace health metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
- As the role evolves, build reporting templates and dashboards to support visibility and performance tracking.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong execution discipline.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and identify operational improvements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional digital environment.

- University degree - commerce or merchandising related subjected are a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- 3-5 years experience working in a role supporting digital channels. Direct experience with marketplace and apparel is a plus.
- Able to work independently and manage strict timelines.
- Proficiency in MS excel.
- Ecommerce is 24 hour/7 business so free evenings and weekends aren't always guaranteed. Being able to effectively manage your time is a necessity.
