We're looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist, to have real impact and bring Forever Caring to life.
In this role, you'll play a key part in Product Marketing & Department, working alongside a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Plan and execute product launch and growth strategies across consumer channels (including e-commerce and offline retail such as pharmacies), ensuring achievement of commercial objectives
- Develop and implement integrated multi-channel marketing plans (online & offline) to drive brand awareness, consumer penetration, and sales conversion
- Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content development, and social media engagement to strengthen brand presence
- Monitor and analyze channel and campaign performance (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, sales data), providing actionable insights and continuous optimization
- Build and manage KOL/influencer engagement strategies, establishing long-term partnerships to enhance brand credibility and consumer trust
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., sales, regulatory) to ensure effective execution aligned with business and compliance requirements
- Work closely with distributors and channel partners to gather market insights, validate strategies, and optimize go-to-market execution
- Support product commercialization initiatives across the portfolio and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
To be successful you will:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in digital consumer marketing, including advertising, digital media, and performance tracking
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer healthcare/consumer product categories is plus
- Familiarity with social media management and KOL/influencer collaboration
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and generate actionable insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), with strong presentation and reporting skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ability to independently plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage multiple projects, and coordinate resources effectively
