We are seeking a data-driven and highly technical Senior Marketing Executive (Biddable) to lead our performance marketing efforts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid media campaigns across various platforms to drive high-quality leads and brand awareness for our residential and hospitality projects.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize Biddable media campaigns across Google Ads (SEM, GDN, YouTube), Facebook/Instagram Ads, and TikTok.
- Lead Generation: Drive high-volume, high-quality leads for property projects, ensuring a healthy Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate monthly advertising budgets effectively across multiple platforms to reach target KPIs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance daily. Use Google Analytics and platform-specific tools to provide deep-dive reports and actionable insights to management.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad assets and with the sales team to ensure lead quality alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Biddable Media or Performance Marketing.
- Proven track record in lead generation for the real estate or high-value asset industry is a major plus.
- Expert knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Data Studio/Looker Studio.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
