They are seeking an experienced
Web3 Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts focused on their social app, with the focus in both online and offline marketing campaigns and will be responsible for driving overall marketing execution to enhance brand visibility and user acquisition.
In This Role, You Will
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the project.
- Identify target audiences and create user personas to inform marketing initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing,community, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilizing analytics to drive improvements.
- Build and nurture a vibrant community around our social app through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Organize and participate in community events, both online and offline, to promote user interaction and brand loyalty.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Leverage user-generated content to enhance community engagement and authenticity.
You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Web3 marketing
- Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.
- Proven experience in managing online and offline marketing campaigns, as well as overall marketing executions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relocation to Hong Kong is needed
