Pictet SICE (Taiwan) Limited is seeking to recruit a Marketing & Sales Support Assistant to join the team.

Your role

One-Year Contract Position

  • Assist in the preparation, localization, and updating of product materials (brochures, leaflets, presentations, etc.).
  • Support the organization and execution of events.
  • Support maintaining the content of the company website and social media channels.
  • Assist in the creation and translation of marketing materials and press releases.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including scheduling client meetings, preparing materials, and following up on client requests.
  • Maintain and update the client database (CRM), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analytics for management.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation collection and KYC/AML checks.
  • Support the preparation and submission of sales-related documents.
  • Assist and support the product manager with various tasks and projects.
  • Offer general office and administrative support to the local SICE team. Liaise with internal and external parties as needed and undertake other ad hoc assignments.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 13 years of relevant experience in asset management, financial services, or a similar industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of Taiwan's asset management industry and regulatory environment is preferred.
