What You'll Do

• Lead marketing initiatives across online and offline channels, including global exhibitions and events
• Manage and expand our digital presence: SEO, social media, and digital campaigns
• Design and oversee marketing assets using AI, Adobe and other creative tools
• Build and engage communities while driving measurable sales growth
• Translate customer insights and analytics into actionable strategies
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to align brand vision with business goals
• Keep track of existing marketing assets and create new ones when needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or related field)
• Minimum2 years of marketing experience
• Proven ability to generate sales through marketing strategies
• Experience with SEO, social media, Adobe Suite, and digital marketing tools
• Skilled in using AI tools to generate content
• Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Familiarity with overseas markets and customer segmentation
• Experience with CRM, loyalty programs, and community engagement is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategy
• Passion for cycling and knowledge of the sports industry is a bonus
