Your role
. Identify high-potential sales leads, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with B-2-B/ B-2-C clients.
. Assist in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships and alliances
. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives
. Conduct partnership research, joint promotion initiatives, and performance analyses
. Create partnership proposals, presentations, and reports
. Participate in meetings with partners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
. Prepare timely and accurate performance tracking, reporting, budgeting, and channel insights.
. Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements and performance metrics
. Perform ad-hoc assignments designated by management
To succced in this role
. Minimum 3 year of work experience or more in sales, business development, marketing
. Experience in consumer-driven, retail businesses, ideally experience in merchant partnership liaison and management Exposure to B2B and B2C product / projects Analytical with basic commercial sense
. Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree
. Good network of established merchants in retail is an advantage.
. Strong presentation and sales skills Good in problem solving and analytical skills
. Self-motivated, customer-focused, result-oriented
. Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that drive measurable results.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
