As an entry-level Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across various channels (email, Whatsapp, social media chat). You'll assist with product inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that every customer feels heard, valued, and supported.
We're looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our expanding Evo Commerce team based in Taiwan. You basically own a brand pillar within our range of ever-growing products and you do what it takes to strengthen your brand and make it grow.
- Marketing Campaign Strategy & Execution - Working with cross-functional teams (including management, creatives, influencer and performance managers) to create evergreen and thematic campaign strategy and storylines that can provide content and value to specific customer segments. This includes ideation, competitive analysis and digital touchpoints (social media, ads, EDMs etc.) that would effectively engage your target audience and hit business targets. This contributes to at least 80% of your key tasks.
- New Products & Markets - Planning out the growth levers, budget planning, managing campaign calendar, launch of new platforms, products (new complementary products under the same brand), audience segments and markets in existing platforms, coordinating with the respective teams to make sure that the operations is a success.
- Platform Optimisation & Budget Planning - Identifying social media, e-commerce platforms and new business channels to reach out to our customers, and to build social credibility through these sites. This also includes planning of the marketing budget spend, identifying revenue growth levers, and doing regular reviews/improvements to make sure sales targets are achieved (ie. paid media, website UI/UX, marketing places etc.)
- Strategy & Performance Tracking - Analytical in nature; providing regular strategic recommendations on existing and innovative paid/organic media executions. Tracking campaign performance and managing budgets on a regular basis to ensure earned media value is maximised through marketing investments. This contributes to at least 20% of your key tasks.
- E-commerce partnerships - Managing and maintaining good relationships with e-commerce marketplaces, complementary brands and brand ambassadors to maximise the brand's online presence.
Job Requirements
- A degree, 4-6 years of relevant work experience running effective digital marketing campaigns (experience in consumer goods with beauty/lifestyle brands is a plus!)
- Creative in nature; generating ideas, concepts and solutions and able to communicate ideas clearly to creative teams for execution
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including Shopify, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, e-commerce marketplaces, email marketing and display advertising
- Have good communication skills (English), both written and verbal
- Bilingual is a plus (Mandarin & Chinese), written and visual communication
- Be truly collaborative; able to work with product and creative teams to brainstorm, share and implement ideas (physical or with remote teams) you should be able to work independently should the project require
- Great people skills, thrives and innovates under challenging deadlines, especially in a startup environment
- Experience with simple content creation, copywriting or design on Canva is a plus
- Analytical mind with the ability to monitor, interpret and report campaign performance
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
